Post reaches us, but email is considerably faster. Please do not send returns to this address — the warehouse address comes with your return authorisation, and parcels sent here are not processed. The refund policy explains the steps.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We are closed at weekends and on public holidays, and messages sent then are picked up on the next business day.

What we cannot do
We cannot read your utility account, dispute a bill on your behalf, or advise on home wiring. Billing questions belong with your electricity supplier, and anything touching your electrical system belongs with a licensed electrician.
