Shipping and Delivery

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by the retailer, not by Innovate E-com Solutions LLC. The timings below describe how that fulfilment normally works. The terms shown to you at checkout are the ones that govern your order.

Order processing

Orders placed on a business day before 2:00 p.m. local warehouse time are generally picked the same day. Orders placed later, at a weekend, or on a public holiday are picked on the next business day. Payment has to clear before a parcel is released, so an order flagged for manual review by the payment processor may sit an extra day.

Carriers and transit times

These are estimates, not commitments. Weather, carrier backlogs, customs inspections and seasonal peaks all add days, and none of them are within our control or the retailer's.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. It can take 24 to 48 hours before the carrier's own site shows movement, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. Check the spam folder before concluding that no email arrived.

Split shipments

A multi-unit order may leave the warehouse in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. Receiving part of an order is not a sign that the rest has been cancelled.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check the delivery address before confirming an order. A parcel returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the return reaches the warehouse, but the second shipment is charged again.

Customs, duties and taxes

International parcels may attract import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee set by the destination country. Those charges are the recipient's responsibility, are collected by the carrier or the customs authority rather than by us, and are not refundable through us.

Late, damaged or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with the order number and, for damage, a photograph of the packaging and contents. Claims for a parcel marked delivered but not found should be raised within 14 days of that scan, since carriers decline investigations opened later.
