Refund and Return Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Returns are handled by the retailer that shipped and charged for your order. Innovate E-com Solutions LLC does not take payments and cannot issue a refund directly, but we will help you reach the right support desk. The policy presented to you at checkout prevails over this summary.
The window
You have 60 days from the delivery date to ask for a return. The request has to be opened inside that window; the parcel itself may arrive at the warehouse afterwards.
What qualifies
- Unopened items in their original packaging.
- Opened items that have been tried and are complete, with the accessories and inserts they shipped with.
- Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or not matching what was ordered.
What does not
- Items returned with no prior return authorisation, which cannot be matched to an order.
- Items missing their housing, plug or accessories, or damaged after delivery.
- Requests opened after the 60-day window has closed.
How to start one
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for a return authorisation and the warehouse address. Parcels sent without one are not processed.
- Pack the item so it survives transit, write the authorisation number on the outside, and send it with a tracked service.
- Keep the tracking number until the refund appears.
Who pays the postage
Return postage is yours to pay when the reason is a change of mind. It is covered when the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not the item ordered — in that case ask for a prepaid label instead of posting it at your own expense. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the fault was on the seller's side.
How long a refund takes
Returns are inspected within five business days of arriving at the warehouse. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method, and the card issuer or bank then takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post it. Refunds are not paid out to a different card or account than the one used to order.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the outer packaging and the item before discarding anything, and send the pictures with your first email. A replacement or refund is arranged without a return shipment in most damage cases.
Cancelling before dispatch
Write in as soon as possible. An order that has not yet been picked can usually be cancelled outright; once a label exists the parcel has to be handled as a return.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback freezes the order record while the bank investigates, which takes considerably longer than a return handled directly.
