Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy covers the personal data Innovate E-com Solutions LLC handles when you visit this site, watch the presentation on it, or contact us. The retailer you buy from operates its own policy for the data it collects at checkout.
1. Data we collect
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser and operating system, pages opened, time on the page, referring URL, and whether the video was started. Collected automatically.
- Local storage on your device — the position you reached in the video and a flag recording that the offer has already been unlocked. These sit in your browser and are not transmitted to us.
- Correspondence — your email address and whatever you write when you contact us.
- Referral data — a campaign or click identifier appended to the link you arrived on, used to attribute a referral.
We do not take payments on this site, so we never receive card numbers or billing addresses.
2. Why we use it
To serve and maintain the page, to measure which advertising works, to attribute referrals to the right campaign, to answer your messages, and to meet legal obligations. We do not make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary storage to make the page work, plus analytics and advertising measurement to count visits and attribute referrals. Your browser settings control cookies; blocking them may stop the video from resuming where you left off.
4. Who sees it
- Processors acting for us — hosting, content delivery, email and analytics providers, bound to use the data only on our instructions.
- The retailer — the referral identifier, so that an order can be attributed. Not your browsing history.
- Authorities — where a law, regulation or valid legal process requires disclosure.
- An acquirer — if the business or its assets change hands, under the same obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the measurement described above.
5. How long we keep it
Server and analytics logs are kept for up to 24 months. Correspondence is kept for up to 36 months so that a later enquiry has context. Anything no longer needed is deleted or aggregated beyond recovery.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or the EEA we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision. The GDPR notice has the detail.
7. Your rights
Subject to where you live, you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comparable laws may also ask what has been collected and opt out of its sale or sharing; we will not treat you differently for asking. Write to [email protected] and we will respond inside the statutory period.
8. Security
The site is served over TLS, access to logs is restricted to staff who need it, and retention is kept short. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and it will be deleted.
10. Other sites
Following a link away from here, including to the order page, puts you under that operator's privacy policy. Please read it.
11. Changes
Material changes are published on this page with a new date. Where the law requires it, we will ask for consent again.
12. Contact
Privacy questions and data requests go to [email protected]. General enquiries go to [email protected]. Our postal address is on the contact page.
